Good Morning everyone.  It is my late day at work so I thought I should drop by.  Everyone is looking good.  The weather has been amazing.  My kids are gone to their dad's for the week.  I am going to the casino in the morning with my residents at work.  Should be fun.  Then down state for the holiday.


QOTD:  Making summer vacation plans yet?  My hubby is going to Michigan International Speedway for a Nascar race in August I am going camping with the ladies.  Fourth of July is a big one in our little town but no long distance plans.

Oh I can't wait for Friday...just heard on the radio it is supposed to hit 80!  Steve and I plan to do yardwark and paint the fence at my house.  I can't wait to work out in that nice warm sun!  Just getting ready to drink some SF caramel coffee and get to work.

QOTD:  I do have summer vacation plans.  I'm getting married Aug 7th and then leave on the 9th to go out west for two weeks.  I'm looking forward to seeing the Redwood forests, Sequoia (sp) National park, and catch a few baseball games.

Morning All,

Grocery shopping for me today.  Easter is at my house, I work the rest of the week to today is the only day I have to shop.  I also have a doctor appt for me and one for my youngest son today.  Mine is for the foot dr.  I am having trouble with my feet again.  I had surgery on the right one for heal spurs, the left has one also but is managed with shots.  I think it is time for more shots.  I did not have problems with either since wls but now I am more active in the gym and they are hurting again. 

QOTD:I have the trip to Holland in May.  I also go up north for the 4th of July.  I love the fireworks and I am a derby fan as well.  We are also thinking of going to Mackinac Island as well.  It has been years since I have been there.  My youngest son has never been.

Eileen we are planning an MI OH meet n greet for May 1 in Holland Some of us are planning to do the tulip time 5K and then we'll have a campfire later at the campground I will be camping at.

Good morning.  very  happy for the nice weather, even though I'm stuck in an office all day, it's still nice when I get out.

QOTD:  No plans for travel, however,my daughter and son in law and granddaughter are planning a trip home from Alaska in maybe June or July, depending on when his leave is (Army).  Can't wait to see them! and spoil the granddaughter

Good morning!  Lovin' this weather!!!!  

QOTD:  No set plans, yet, but we've discussed some possibilities.  We've talked about going to FL and doing a few long weekends to Lake Michigan.  We really didn't get to enjoy our summer, too much, last year.  Don't get me wrong.  We were EXTREMELY grateful that my DH survived his stroke and we our son was born completely healthy!  But this summer, we plan on getting OUTSIDE and enjoying each and everyday!

Went golfing last night for the first time this year!  Did pretty well considering how tentative I was because of the TT .  Hoping to go again tonight.  Drinking my coffee strong and black, need to move on to protein coffee next.

QOTD:  Yes, we have several vacations planned for the summer.  We are going to Mexico the first week of May, we were scheduled to go last July but the agency cancelled all trips because of H1N1 so we have to take it in May.  Then we go to both the June and August Nascar races at MIS, we camp on the infield and have a blast !  The end of July we are going with friends to Hilton Head for a week of golf and such, we have rented a house with a pool, hopefully it is as great as it looks.  Splitting the cost makes it so affordable.  We found the house on the VRBO site, this will be the first time I have done this so hopefully it goes well.  That will be it for us for the year (way to much) I will be out of vacation time until next year when I get an extra 3 weeks for 30 years of service...woo hoo, that will give me 8 weeks of vacation time (hoping for a motorcycle cross country trip next year).  My DH is a teacher so he gets a month off every summer. (he teaches fall, winter, spring, and summer courses, hence only one month off)  .
